EATS 2021: The 19th European Airline Training Symposium
The European Aviation Training Symposium (EATS) is only two weeks away. Aviation training is at a crossroads. Join us in Berlin on 2-3 November for a conference which maps out the future, a packed exhibition hall and lots of networking.
As we begin our recovery from the Covid pandemic, it is increasingly important that the aviation community meets to exchange ideas, validate processes and check new thinking and technology.
ProctorExam has a history in providing the aviation sector with the flexibility to conduct exams online. On June 27, 2018, the Federal Aviation Office granted Copteruni the approval to carry out the test for the drone driving licence (proof of knowledge according to Section 21a, Paragraph 4, Clause 3, No. 2 of the Aviation Regulations) online.
Copteruni together with the local authorities researched the market to find a secure and reliable way to conduct that test online. They had to make sure that it was at least as safe as a classic face-to-face exam in an exam room. As a result, a partnership with ProctorExam was initiated, exceeding all expectations. Copeteruni customers did not have to accept long journeys any more to take the test for their drone licence, which not only saved them money but also a lot of time.
This partnership opened up multiple opportunities for both parties. Other aviation companies have similar needs, hence expanding this examination model will provide the aviation sector with a lot of flexibility.
