The call for the Online Exam Consortium was a success, with 30 education partners all over Europe joining the Erasmus+ project. Follow our work with OP4RE!
The European Online Exam Consortium becomes OP4RE
The establishment of the European Online Exam Consortium has succeeded! With almost 30 educational partners spread out over Europe involved with the “Online Proctoring for Remote Examination” project for Erasmus+, the interest in Online Proctoring is evident. In order to implement Online Proctoring on a wider scale, questions still need to be answered.
Together with the seven strategic partners, we have laid the groundwork of the research needed to further Online Proctoring in education. The five topics that we will be addressing are:
- Accreditation of online education that include remote examination is currently uncertain
- Outstanding Security issues including fraud
- Practical issues in the concrete execution of remote examination
- Negative perspective/experience by students
- Privacy issues related to remote examination
